We offer a 30 day money back guarantee for shared and reseller hosting. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your hosting within your first 30 days with us we will refund your hosting fees. Domain registration and VPS fees are not refundable.
We activate your account once we receive your payment and your order passes our verification process. This usually takes no longer than 30 minutes.

If your current host uses cPanel we can transfer the account using cPanel's transfer tools. If your current host does not use cPanel and you have ssh and ftp access to your website we can try to assist you in moving the site but can't guarantee success.
